The location: We're right by Segal's, Maxi, Valmont, Intermarché, Pharmaprix, Dollarama, and a few gyms. Everything's within walking distance. The rent: $850/month, all included-internet, water, electricity, heating, everything's covered. A little bonus: We ve got a Costco membership, and we don't mind sharing it.
