Available November 1st, it's a furnished bedroom (could be unfurnished if you want) (the furniture in the images is for my current roommate) in a 4-1/2 condo a few steps from UQAM. 3 minutes walk from Couche-Tard and Le Central (25 restaurant). 5 minutes walk from Old Port, St-Laurent and Champ-de-Mars metro stations and the Desjardins complex (IGA, Jean Coutu, Dollarama, Winners, Tim Hortons, McDonald's...). Laundry on the ground floor (parking available for $ extra). Built in 2002, the low-rise concrete building is clean, quiet, well maintained and secure. Your share is $805 rent (internet included) + ~$25 utilities (as per the last two years bills). Visits are possible after 17:00 on weekdays and any time on weekends.
