Close to all amenities and several parks, it features a large bedroom, a closed office, a bathroom, a kitchen-dining room, two living areas, as well as two private balconies, one facing our quiet street in the front, and the other overlooking a green alley in the back. We are the owners and occupants of the ground floor, very responsive, and ready to share our knowledge of Montreal.
