| Unfinished room for rent in a quiet big house for one person only. The room will be available after July 15 and the rent is (665 for room + 16 for internet = 681 CAD). A big kitchen with necessary utilities is available. (Dishwasher, 2 fridges, air fryer and etc.) You have the advantage of sunshine during winter facing the entire room and a big window to the street in front of the house. You will see your nice 3 flatmates once we schedule a visit. The house also has a good backyard good for summer times and chilling. The laundry is in the basement and one toilet is in the basement too. A big lounge is on the first floor near your room and you can enjoy some time over there. (Also, one bathroom is on the first floor) One big grocery store located in 2 mins walking distance, 2 metro stations (Jean-Talon & Fabre) around 5 to 8 mins walking distance, bus station in 2 mins walking distance. There are 6 rooms: 4 rooms for living, one room is a studio and one is empty) Send me a message, introducing yourself and your desired time to rent the place.
