| Our roommate has to move back to Toronto so we have one room available in our old but large 8 1/2 starting mid-December (until at least July). The flat: (3rd floor without elevator) is pretty old but spacious and includes a living / dining room, a functional kitchen, a toilet separated from the bathroom, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a small guest room and two balconies. The room: (blue arrow on the plan) at the very end of the flat, has 2 windows overlooking the backyard and is pretty quiet. It comes with a double bed, a clothing rack and a chest of drawers in case you need. The area: half way between Laurier station and the mountain: -> Laurier station: 10min walk / 5min by bus -> Berri-UQAM: 12min by bus / metro -> Place des Arts / UdeM: 12min by bus -> several supermarkets: 5min walk The roommates: we're 3 professionally active roommates in our 30s coming from different parts of the world. The flat’s vibe is pretty laid back and generally calm except when our cat runs amok. We like to have drinks or diner together once in a while and to invite friends over without turning the flat into an after-party every weekend. We’re hoping to find someone who is clean, reliable and willing to share more than just the costs of our LGBTIQA2+ nonjudgemental safe place. EN, FR as well as many other languages spoken.
