| Lease transfer! I am looking to lease transfer my unfunished apartment in January. It is right next to McIntyre Medical on McGill campus, a spacious studio with a bedroom nook, nice kitchen, and huge balcony. It looks onto the mountain, and the building has a pool, gym, and rooftop terrace. It would be ideal for one person or a couple. Its $1530 a month, which is expensive but I have kept the rent down each year for the 7 years I've lived there, so its a lot cheaper than comparable.
