Fumeurs OK, sous conditions assurant strictement zéro fumée dans les espaces communs. Sur une petite rue tranquille tout près du coin Laurier / ave du Parc, donc très bien situé pour transports et services. --- à environ 8 min en bus jusqu'au coin Milton-Parc vers McGill (c.-à -d. même "marchable": 25 mins. au campus) / --- 12 min à l'UdeM/ HEC par bus, --- 35 min à Concordia en bus direct (heures de pointe) / --- entre 10 et 20 min de l'UQAM. --- 12-15 min du métro Laurier à pied (4 min en bus) --mais le bus sur l'ave du Parc est même mieux que le métro (aussi fréquent et ça roule toute la nuit). COURTE ou LONGUE durée, à discuter. Pour le long terme, cherche qq'un de généralement responsable et silencieux; et sympa/ stimulant / ou intellectuellement mature --bien que la "chimie" ait sa propre dynamique! Its in a great apartment with balcony, washer/drier in the basement, in "the best" neighborhood in Montreal (Outremont- Mile-End -west Plateau !) : in a quiet street near the corner of Laurier ave and Park ave, thus close to all services and excellent transportation : --- 8-min bus ride to Park and Milton to McGill (even walkable: 25 mins to campus) / --- 12-5 min from UdeM/HEC by bus / --- 35 min to Concordia in direct bus (6-9 am, 3-6 pm) / and --- between 10 to 20 min from UQAM. --- 12-15 min, to Laurier metro on foot (4min by bus) --but the bus Park ave. bus is even better than the metro (virtually as frequent ...but runs all night) Short or long term --to be discussed.
