You will share this apartment with Cyrine and Bayanne, two young female students in their 20s, easygoing, friendly, respectful and clean. Cyrine is a Tunisian girl doing a master in Artificial Intelligence at Concordia University. Bayanne is a French girl as well a student. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a duplex. It is conveniently situated near Public Transportation (a 1-minute walk to metro station de l'Eglise and a 2-minute walk to Wellington Street. The apartment is available from July 1st. The room is furnished with queen Bed, desk and office chair, drawer chest and side tables. It has a closet as well. All appliances are new included (fridge, stove, washer, dryer, dishwasher).
