| - Fully Furnished 1 Bedroom apartment from June 1st (7th floor) - Berri Uqam metro station is in 3-minute walk distance - This is a lease transfer that ends on November 30th, 2024. Once it reaches the end of the term, you can freely extend another year (year-by-year contract) - It's $1415 per month until the end of the lease transfer term(November 30th, 2024). This price includes electricity, water, and heating. (There is no additional fee) - For the internet, I can transfer it to you so that you won't have to install it again. It's 30mbps(fast enough for anything) and costs $45 per month. I am also leaving the Wi-Fi modem as well as the router. Or you may choose to use your internet provider and install new ones if you'd like. - The apartment is well soundproof. You can look over to the west side of the city through the windows and nothing is blocking the view of the window. No balconies. - This apartment is less than 10 years old and has new appliances: Big size Fridge, Big size oven, Big size dishwasher, a Laundry machine, a Dryer machine, an Air conditioner, an electrical heater and new radiators in both living room and bedroom - The bedroom has a big wardrobe, and there are two storage rooms in the living room/bathroom. The bathroom has a big shower booth. (no bathtubs) The size of the apartment is slightly smaller than 3 1/2, so you might as well consider that. However, given the location, I do not think that it is small. - For parking, the building has plenty of rooms, but it will cost you around $250 - 300 per month. It's because parking is expensive in this area. - I am leaving all my furniture and gadgets because I am leaving Canada. They were bought about a year ago. It includes: A double-sized bed(structube) and mattress(structube) with pillows/sheets, A big dining table(structube), Two dining chairs, a computer desk, a home-office chair, Two standing lamps, a TV, a wifi modem and router, a rice cooker, a TV stand, a small sofa, a robot cleaner, a water boiler, and so on. I can also leave any kitchen and cleaning gadgets that you may need. - You can just move in empty-handed and you will have absolutely no problem living here from Day 1.
