| Hi!! I am subletting my cute 3.5 in Mile End for 1-3 months from January 16 onwards. The minimum stay is one month, but we can extend to 2-3 months if you need :) The apartment is in the lively Mile End (voted one of the best neighborhoods in the world), on the top floor of a duplex on a quiet street a short walk from cafes, bars, restos, groceries, parks, etc. It comes fully furnished and has an open living room/bedroom with smart TV and air purifier, a small but charming bathroom with a tub, a good-sized kitchen with basic appliances, high ceilings throughout, and a front balcony that gets some nice afternoon light. The price is $1450, which is very low for the area and includes everything - hydro, unlimited internet (as long as you use hot water and heating responsibly). It is pet friendly (one well-behaved cat or dog or other - no discrimination here). I’m looking for someone clean, trustworthy and respectful. This is strictly no-smoking, and not a party place. A plus if you like plants and wouldn't mine watering them once a week. It is pretty much turn-key (just bring sheets, bath towels and a suitcase!) If you are interested, please email me a little bit about yourself/who you are/ what you do. Like I said, my dates are flexible if I find the right person! There is a small washing machine in the unit (for small/lightweight items). A $300 damage deposit will be given back if the place is clean and in good condition when I return / nothing broken :) Let me know if you have any questions :) It's a great little spot and you can't beat the location.
