Cozy apartment in the heart of downtown Montreal located near 2 metro stations (Guy Concordia - George Vanier). Street is very quiet and beautiful during the summer, located central to every major attraction in the city (2 minute walk from crescent street). Perfect for someone studying during the summer or visiting for a long stay. Roommate is 23yr old male (very quiet, barely home) Im very accommodating, furniture can be moved if needed, access to record player, computer, large smart TV, balcony, etc. No AC, I have a fan in my room. My roommates window mounted AC keeps the apartment cool during the summer. Let me know if you have any questions. |
