Tout a été rénové dans un style moderne lorsque nous avons emménagé. L'appartement est équipé d'une laveuse, sécheuse, réfrigérateur, cuisinière, micro-ondes, grille-pain, instant pot ultra, Air fryer etc. Après 6 ans ensemble, notre colocataire part donc nous recherchons un bon candidat à long terme pour être notre 3ème (12 mois et+ seulement). Nous sommes dans un beau quartier calme et familial près de Rockland Center, Marché Central, Cinéma, etc. Nous recherchons une personne propre, calme et respectueuse qui ne nuira pas à notre relation exemplaire de 8 ans avec notre propriétaire/voisin et en retour, vous obtiendrez des colocataires propres, calmes et respectueux qui n'ont jamais fait la fête pendant les 8 années passées ici et qui écoutent toujours tout sur nos écouteurs pour ne pas déranger l'autre. Évidemment parfait pour jeune professionnel ou quelqu'un qui fréquentera le collège Ahuntsic, André-Grasset ou bois-de-Boulogne. Également à 23-30 minutes de l'UDEM https://i.imgur.com/yRPYi0g.png Vous serez à 30 secondes à pied d'une succursale de Postes Canada et de l'épicerie italienne L'Intermarché au bout de notre rue au lieu des dépanneurs hors de prix habituels. Bien sûr, vous serez également près du centre Rockland et du Marche Central et de tout ce qu'il a à offrir, y compris le nouveau Walmart & Costco auquel vous aurez accès avec notre adhésion partagée si vous n'êtes pas déjà membre vous-même bien sûr. 30 sec à pied aux deux extrémités de notre rue de 3 bus: 146,54,19 (rejoint rapidement métro Crémazie). 3 min à pied de la gare Chabanel et du bus 135 (rejoint également métro Crémazie). 5 minutes à pied du bus 55 (rejoint [au nord] métro Henri-Bourassa, [au sud] métro De Castelnau et St-Laurent) et atteint Miles End & Mont Royal (15-20 stop), Centre Ville, etc. Gare Ahuntsic, Gare Chabanel et Bus 179,365 aussi a proximité, donc se déplacer est une brise et sans stress et si vous conduisez à la place, accès rapide aux autoroutes 15 et 40. À proximité aussi des Promenade Fleury. Plusieurs Parcs aux alentours, si vous avez envie d'aller vous promener. For additional size references, the current roommate has in the room a queen size bed + a 2-seater sofa + a long/large wardrobe. Everything was renovated in a modern style when we moved in. The apartment is equipped with a washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, instant pot ultra, Air fryer etc. After 6 years together, our roommate is leaving so we are looking for a good long-term candidate to be our 3rd (12+ months only). We are in a nice, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood near Rockland Center, Central Market, Cinema, etc. We are looking for a clean, calm and respectful person who will not harm our exemplary 8 year relationship with our landlord/neighbor and in return you will get clean, calm and respectful roommates who have never partied for the 8 years spent here and who always listen to everything on our headphones so as not to disturb the other. Also close to Promenade Fleury. Several parks around, if you want to go for a walk.
