Laveuse-sécheuse, wifi et hydro inclus. Semi-meublé (matelas et meubles de rangement) Pas d'animaux. Autubus 97 à côté. Metro Mont-Royal à 15 minute de marche (ou à 5 minutes dans l'autobus 97) C'est dans le plateau, donc tout est proche : épiceries, cafés, dépanneurs, restaurant, etc. Les colocataires sont deux femmes assez occupées qui travaillent et étudient. On cherche un candidat avec un rythme de vie similaire qui est capable de respecter le repos des autres et garder les aires communes propres (rien de compliqué, juste la base). The roomates are two women with busy life styles that work and study. This is why we are looking for a candidate with a similar way of life that is in the capacity of keeping common areas clean (just the basics) and respect sleeping hours.
