| Hi there! I’m looking for a SUBLET FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST to live in my furnished room (pictured). The room will come FURNISHED but I will be moving out in July so all of my belongings will be gone. About the apartment: Rent is $1,075 flat EVERYTHING INCLUDED (rent, hydro, wifi, etc.). washer, dryer, dishwasher, A/C, all included in the rent. I've also decorated the apartment since the pictures were taken. ♀️Super responsive landlord!! The apartment is on Parc and Milton (very close to McGill), about a 7 min walk from the Place des Arts metro stop. 2 min walk from a grocery store and a pharmacy, and 10 min walk from Jeanne Mance Park Also includes access to a rooftop which is shared with the rest of the building! ☀️ About the room: Includes a bed (without bedding), a desk, a closet, a rack for clothes, and a shelf. It’s a private room and you would have a private entrance/exit through the building, as well as the main entrance at the front. It's in a 2 bedroom apartment at the back of the apartment so you don't get any noise from Park in the room. The room won't be decorated as in the pictures - you can make it totally your own! On the floor plan in the pictures it's the room on the upper right corner. About my roommate: You'll be living with my 25 year old female roommate who works full time. She's from Ireland and is super nice and easy going. We're ideally looking for another woman but feel free to apply if you're a man.
