Je peux aussi le louer sur une période plus courte (minimum 1 mois). Près du métro Frontenac (5 minutes à pied), sur une petite rue tranquille. Entièrement meublé avec internet haute-vitesse. L'électricité est à vos frais (vous me remboursez selon votre consommation et la somme est calculée à partir de la grille d'Hydro-Québec http://www.hydroquebec.com/residentiel/espace-clients/tarifs/tarif-d.html). Non-fumeur. Disponible à partir du 20 juin ou peut-être même avant (mois de juin payé au pro rata). 1250$ par mois. Si vous voyez encore l’annonce c’est qu’il est toujours disponible.
