| Amazing boho-chic apartment with two adults, an 12yo and a cat (sorry, no new animals) looking for two new flatmates! If its here, its available – please send us your info/story, and we could organise a viewing! We are 2 women and a 12 year-old child sharing a beautiful, spacious 9 1/2 apartment centrally located in Plateau Montreal. We are looking for like-minded persons who value living in an extended family environment. We have 2 bedrooms available starting July 1st ($698 per month). And oodles of common space to share. Internet, heating not included (about $100). Lease is till June 30th 2025, with potential to extend. About the apartment: newly renovated historic Montreal RDC with a double salon, modern and spacious kitchen, 2 bathrooms, new appliances, basement with ample storage, multiple balconies, and a garden. Half of the double salon is designated as a shared studio. The apartment is luminous. About us: Zoe is originally from BC, she is a professional working in design – with a green thumb. Her son is in grade 7. Floriane is passionate about dance, she's a researcher and she loves to travel and to cook italian food! Spooky is our very friendly cat. We are a multilingual group: we speak English and French primarily amongst ourselves but also Spanish and Italian. We love gardening, home cooked meals, listening to music (within respectful hours), being active and creative, or just chilling in the salon or front porch. Home to us is a welcoming sanctuary – a nurturing, supportive environment where people feel respected and invited to participate. It is also a thriving little community in which investing energy in its cleanliness and beauty makes us all happy. Shared meals (on occasion), joint grocery shopping (optional) and house cleaning (mandatory haha), planning BBQ’s, dinners, birthday parties, movie, game and manicure nights – some of our shared joys.
