Il y a deux chambres disponibles dans ce beau 5 ½ sur Henri-Julien croisement saint Joseph (2 minutes du metro Laurier). Sur l’appartement : au rez de chaussée avec une grande cour arrière sur une ruelle verte, un balcon et cour avant, idéalement situé, lumineux, un grand salon avec cuisine toute équipée (incluant un lave-vaisselle), 3 chambres (2 grandes chambres et 1 petite chambre), un grand sous-sol non aménagé mais parfait pour stocker des choses et potentiellement faire un espace créatif (à voir). Les espaces communs seront meublés Chambre 1 : chambre moyenne pouvant accueillir un lit double et un bureau, grand garde-robe, donne sur l’avant. Possiblement meublée. 650$ / mois + hydro + internet Chambre 2 : grande chambre donnant sur la terrasse en arrière, grand walk-in à partager avec moi. Non meublée! 970$ / mois + hydro + internet À propos de moi : Alice, j’ai 31 ans, j’utilise les pronoms iel/elle, je travaille dans un centre de recherche en économie circulaire, j’ai un et un petit chien avec qui vous vivrez. Les deux sont très calmes, adorables et propres ! Je suis passionné.e par mon travail, j’aime cuisiner et jardiner (je cultive des belles fleurs donc la maison est toujours fleurie en été ), faire des sorties culturelles, aller au resto, et faire du camping et de la rando l’été, et du ski l’hiver. J’ai un rythme de vie assez tranquille, en semaine je travaille de la maison 3 jours sur 5, en fin de semaine je vois des ami.e.s et prend ça généralement assez relax! Je cherche des colocs qui ont un rythme de vie similaire, qui aiment passer du temps entre coloc de temps en temps mais apprécient aussi passer du temps seul.e. J’aime rendre mon espace de vie agréable et cosy (j’ai beaucoup de plantes) et cherche des personnes qui partagent cette vision/envie. Pas d'autres animaux autorisés malheureusement. C’est un espace queer-friendly, respectueux, convivial et avec de la communication ouverte que j’aimerais développer avec vous. About the apartment: on the ground floor with a large backyard on a green alley, a balcony and front yard, ideally located, bright, a large living room with fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher), 3 bedrooms (2 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom), a large unfinished basement but perfect for storing things and potentially making a creative space (maybe?).
