| Looking for a housemate to move in Nov 1st. You'd be taking a large bedroom in a 2 bedroom (in photos) apartment in Verdun that's 10 minutes walk from de l'elgise metro, shops, cafes, groceries, etc on Wellington street, etc. Takes about 10 minutes via metro to get to Concordia/McGill. House is completely furnished except for your bedroom (furnishings in photo will be emptied by move-in). So all you'd really need is a bed at a minimum. Living room is set up with surround sound and a 75 inch tv so it's perfect for movies, Netflix, etc. Have got guitars too so if you ever wanted to learn, there's that. About me, I am an international grad student and cat dad to a grey and orange boy. They're super affectionate and love getting pets. I'm pretty easily going and well traveled. Always down for a bit of fun but am respectful of housemates and I'm tidy. Currently rent is $947 per person split. Splitting utilities on top. Lease is until July 1st, with possibility to extend.
