| Big bright bedroom available in a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor(one flight of stairs). You will be sharing the apartment with one other person, me. If you see the ad, it is available. Automated messages will not be entertained. Please read the ad in full and provide a brief introduction of yourself. I have provided as many details as possible below, but feel free to ask if you have any questions. No pets or smoking. Visits will be during the weekend between 10am and 6pm. Available to move in from March 15th (slightly negotiable). This is an unfurnished room for 1 person only. An airmattress could be provided(TBD). H2M 1Y1 10 minutes by feet from Sauve metro station. Close by: Gym/swimming pool(Sports Complex of Claude-Robillard) Henri-Julien Park. Promenade Fleury. Preferably someone working full time. Must be respectful, clean up after themselves, and do their part in maintaining the apartment. The rent includes internet. Power bill and any other common expenses to be shared. The apartment comes with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and washer/dryer. There are two balconies on both sides(not shown on the floor plan I made), off the living room and kitchen.
