| Hello! My name is Sandra and I’ll be moving out in January 2025 to live with my partner I’m looking for someone to rent out my room and who will be a good match for my current roommate! I’ve been currently living here for the last 4 years and it’s been amazing! I love the location, it’s a 15 mins walk to metro Villa Maria or it’s 2 steps away from the main bus stop 103. There’s an amazing local bakery (La Meunerie) and local coffee shop (Mercanti) amongst so many other small businesses along Monkland street! And I can’t help but add Rockaberry in the mix lol. I do most of my shopping at Provigo on the way home. My roommate Tiffany is very nice, she’s a phys ed high school teacher and many of her hobbies revolve around sports and (almost) any outdoor activities. She also loves to bake and watch movies! She has a 5 year old hypoallergenic golden doodle named Cinnamon who’s really chill, mostly lays around the house. She’ll be your second best roommate Hydro and internet are included in the rent. The lease ends on August 31st 2025 but there’s a possibility for renewal. Please remember it’s UNFURNISHED and also the room has a really nice walk-in closet.
