Maybe you need 2-3 months or more to get a new start due to whatever mishaps occured in your life. I priorize the value of people, not money. Why a Lady, in general, maturity, cleanliness and I do need some light house cleaning and other samall duties. And in many cases, ladies d'ont always get the good end of the stick, domestic violencs, abuse of different aspects, etc. so a need for security is more needed. A plus if you are bilingual and have a drivers licence. There's a nice terrace and a free parking space that is also provided and plowed during the winter. The rent is only 325$ monthly due to the help needed. It's semi-private and cozy. I am also relationship consultant and personal growth achiever, among other hats I wear, so help can be provided if wanted. I'm also a very easy going person with a positive and gratefull attitude and humour is also a glazed part of me, so that also must prevail. We share food expenses 50-50. I'm a pretty good cook and handy man, A jack of all trades in some sort. No other expectations than the ones agreed upon shall be required.
