Upon moving in, everything was freshly painted and the kitchen and bathroom are in like-new condition. Space is not an issue in this apartment, there is plenty of room for storage or anything you need. Ceilings sit at 9-10ft tall in all rooms. Crown moulding is found in the living room and dinning room. The windows are also breathtaking, they are 5ft tall in the bedroom and dinning room. It is a unique apartment with a quite but comfortable ambience filled with accommodating residents. It is to be considered a luxary apartment I suppose. The Kitchen is fully renovated, you have a fridge and stove inlcuded as well as a new washer/dryer unit in the kitchen. The sinks are loaded with spray and noozle functions and you have 2 deep sinks. There is also a brand-new dish washing machine that has never been used (I was my dishes by hand). The dinning room are reasonably sized. The images may not do justice but they are very big. Plenty of room to host guests and have a family meal at a full size dinning room table. It even includes a built in glass doored armoir for placing your crystal, dishes or any keep-sakes you'd like to display. The living room is really something special. It has a rustric covered balcony sitting just outside the doors. A nice view of the sidewalk and street below and probably ideal for opening a door and catching a breeze in the Springtime. The fireplace works great, and provides a nice range of heat during the winter months to warm up your room. If you wish, you can turn the fireplace on and turn the heat off entirely. The bathroom was newly renovated when I moved in. The shower and tub are sizedable with a window leading to an outdoor bricked court yard. It includes several mirrors and new vanity and sink. Perfect if you like to spend time relaxing and having a bath - the ambience is pretty great at night. Finally, the bedroom is large as well and comes with the white armoir displayed in the picture. It includes 2 closets and a beautiful set of windows. The morning sunshines through them at 7:30 am and lasts until just after noon. It is quite and comfortable, you will have your privacy rest assured. - Pets are allowed, just no exotic pets unless confirmed by CLV. - Hot water is included - Electricity and Heating is not included (but the baseboard heaters a relatively new and energy efficient) - Lot's of street parking located outside WITHOUT a require parking permit. You have lots of options to park your car. - CLV Group handles any repairs or issues with the apartment. They are reliable and provide great service for their clients and residents. It is a great unit and I am a little sad to say I'll be leaving this apartment. But, it is a good opportunity for any interested renters and after you see it in person you'll understand the impact and space firsthand and it will be hard not to fall in love with it.
