| SUBLETTER WANTED TO TAKE OVER LEASE. -- LEASE CONTEXT Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am moving out in order to act as a caregiver for a relative. This apartment is honestly amazing and it saddens me to have to find a subletter. I'm hoping it will serve you as well as it has served me over the past couple of years. The property is managed by PLACEMENTS MAYNE and my experience with them has been nothing short of phenomenal. -- LEASE INFORMATION Lease runs from September 1st, 2024 August 31st, 2025 for a cost of: $1140.00 (including taxes) per month. I will be paying for the 1st month of the Lease (September). The subletter will be taking over the lease starting October 1, 2024 until August 31, 2024 (11 months). The subletter can coordinate moving in for any date during the month of September. The subletter must pass a variety of checks such as: income verification check, credit check, and potentially criminal background check , pursuant to satisfactory clearings administered by PLACEMENTS MAYNE. -- LEASE AMENITIES: -Gas Stove (incredibly amazing for cooking takeout quality meals) -Ground floor apartment (making it very easy to move furniture in/out of unit) -Laundry in building (the unit is right next to the laundry room and thus doing laundry is very easy) -EXCELLENT and safe location, close to 2 major subway stops and 2 bus stops (DIRECTLY outside the unit), with security. -Close to 2 major BIXI stations (roughly 5 minute walk). -Water included -Indoor parking spot -Pet Friendly NOTE: The apartment does NOT come with Hydro, Gas, or Internet- Hydro and Gas is roughly $15-20 a month depending on usage. -- Please send me an e-mail if you'd like more information or if you'd like to schedule a viewing.
