| My current roommate is subletting her bedroom for the months of May and June! Nice, cozy bedroom in a newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex. The apartment comes fully furnished (minus a couch in the living room for the moment), except for the bedroom (only the bedframe and mattress will stay). - 760$ per month, heat and hydro included - Parking space included - Washer & dryer in unit - 1 cat allowed per unit - There's a bus stop right in front of the apartment and a convenience/grocery store right next to it, and the location is a 5 min drive to a Walmart and a mall. Also lots of great restaurants nearby! A little bit about me: I'm a 30-year-old male private music teacher. I have no real restrictions based on gender or age group, I'd just ask you to stay respectful and neat as will I . I speak both French and English fluently (with a slight french canadian accent; doing my best!), so there should be no language barrier if you speak one or both.
