| **I'm a researcher at McGill. I'm subletting my apartment for the period between June 21 to August 1 for 2,500 USD, all inclusive. The 2 bedrooms have queen and full beds, one extra single mattress, and the rest of furnitures* The building is at 1 chem de la côte sainte Catherine, at the intersection of Mile end, Plateau, and Outremont neighborhoods.so within walking or biking* distance to all the festivals and events these lively neighborhoods or downtown have to offer. Parts of Mont-royal avenue, Duluth avenue, or St. Dennis street are closed-off to traffic in summer, so practically daily festivals at our doorstep. Located on the 7th floor, the apartment overlooks Mont Royal from all the windows of the two bedrooms and the living room. Ideal for nature enthusiasts who enjoy strolls through the woods or a run up the hill. It has lots of sun all day long. Rhythm of the TamTam drums can be heard from the balcony on Sunday noon. One bedroom has a queen bed, and the other a full bed along with a work desk equipped with two monitors, keyboard and mouse. The water pressure in the shower is exceptional, it can give a sculp massage! :) The Kitchen is quipped with all necessities. The building doesn't have central AC, but a portable AC is available (in the closet) for the occasional hot day. Laundry is in the building. * I have a very old bike that I leave for you to use, but there is also a Bixi (the public bicycle system in Montreal) station steps away. note: the stickers on the kitchen cabinet doors are temporary and will be removed in June. |
