Hoping to find people who would like to have a couple meals together each week and build a sense of community. About the house: 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, kitchen with quartz countertops, dining room, living room, hardwood floors, partially finished basement (carpeted) with 2nd living room, office and storage. Fenced backyard with deck and grass, raised garden beds, no rear neighbors. Close to grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy, Gatineau Park, and community center. Less than 15 minutes from downtown Ottawa. Parking included Non-smoking, No pets Note: I move in August 15th, photos show the current tenants furniture.
