Semi private, Strictly non-smoking, partially vegetarian rental (kitchen shared part-time with owner) available mid September, possibly sooner. Ideal for one or two people. Bunkbeds, tinyhome-inspired living space; fully furnished and includes weekly use of washer/dryer. Spacious, peaceful property, located on a quiet road approximately a half hour drive from Charlottetown. Within walking/biking distance of a beach and one of the island’s oldest lighthouses. Five minute drive or 10-minute bike ride to the village of Morell for grocery shopping, pharmacy, post office, library. $500 a month includes grass cutting, offstreet parking for one car, shared use of three bikes, and one load of laundry per week. I will pay your Wi-Fi, heat and electricity September through November in exchange for some overnight dog sitting. (No dog on site January through April.) Non-smokers only. Vegetarians preferred. Must be comfortable and have experience with large, energetic dogs. References and damage deposit required. Interested?
