The Room is: - Fully furnished, which includes; - a bed with a bedside table - a built-in closet - a study nook fully equipped with a desk, chair, lamp, wall shelves - curtains covering each window - The thermostat in each room will be used to control the temperature for your individual comfort and needs. The Flat is: - Fully furnished, including but not limited to; - Sofa - Living room chairs - Dining room table and chairs. The Kitchen: - Already comes equipped with various appliances and; - fridge - electric stove with a fan - Microwave - Dishwasher - Oven Other: - The Wi-fi is also included along with; - Laundry room in the building – coin-operated ($) Requirements: - A person who is respectful to others in the house and everyone in the building - keeps the house clean and; - No smoking in the house.
