There is also a grocery store (Foodland) across the street, about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Along with a continent store that’s open 24/7, Pizza Hut, subway, Tim’s, and Quiznos. They are all about a 7 minute walk from the apartment. Rent includes everything; electricity, heat, water, and wifi. If you have a car, then parking is an extra $100 a month.
