Room has Microwave and Fridge.Kitchen usage is accommodated. New , clean and tidy house. Walk to bus stops . Close to shopping , groceries & amenities (see image for location) . We are two persons living in the house (husband and wife) with south-Asian origin. Children are studying in other provinces and come during study breaks. We are taking care of daughter's small cat but no other pet is permitted in the house. We are looking to rent to a Female post graduate student or to a working professional. No smoking and no alcohol permitted in the house and on property. Short or a long term rental . Rent will be month-to-month basis, paid in advance on 1st of each month. One month security deposit .
