Room will come furnished but can accommodate your own additional furniture if desired. The other three rooms are occupied by students/young professionals. The house has a large kitchen with full-size appliances including a brand-new dishwasher. The living room/dining room has an open-concept layout with a beautiful quarried stone fireplace (electric). Washer and dryer are available in the basement and free to use. The house is located in Charlottetown in the quiet residential neighborhood of Sherwood (only a 5-10min walk to UPEI campus). It is also walking distance to other amenities such as the Atlantic Superstore, the Charlottetown Mall, Farmer’s Market, the Confederation Trail, several restaurants, and other amenities. Public transit is also readily accessible. Tenants are expected to pay utilities (electricity and internet-only, there is no oil/gas on property), take care of the lawn (mower provided), and snow removal. Costs and responsibilities to be shared by all tenants. Tenant insurance will be required. 1-year lease (Sep2024-Aug2025) required.
