The location is just a five-minute walk from UPEI and the Superstore, making it very convenient for students. There is a cute white cat in the house, she is very quiet and won't disturb anyone. All tenants are friendly, no smoke, no party in house, and enjoy a quiet environment. The rent includes water, heating, electricity, and internet (washer and dryer are also included). No parking space. Two people share one bathroom. Price: large room is $900, and the medium room is $850. Month-to-month rental. The deposit is one month's rent. Since my husband and I live in the basement, to maintain the quality of living for everyone, tenants are required to follow the house rules. |
