| I’m a female graduate student looking for one roommate to share a 2-bed 2-bath apartment. Move-in can be Sept 15 or October 1. In-unit laundry plus additional storage and/or office space available Located on Towers rd, just behind the mall Walking distance to UPEI and on bus route Cat-friendly (I have one cat, possibly open to another with landlord approval) $913 per month + electric Some photos included - photos of the available bedroom and bathroom will be shared soon, but they’re nice! The unit is very quiet in a beautiful and well-maintained building. Appliances are all new. There’s also a sunroom. I’m open to living with another student or someone out of school. No gender preference but ideally you’re tidy, queer-friendly, and like cats. Guests are allowed over but someone who doesn’t entertain at home is ideal, since I’m a student and like to be asleep at a reasonable hour.
