The house rests on top of a hill, so no flooding risks. It is a fully furnished home with a split-level entry, spread over 0.2 hectares, with a private back yard and mature trees – oaks, maples, cherry, – all round, and a single car garage (with separate entry). The house has a spacious wooden-floored open-plan living and dining area (with south facing window, a boon in winter); ceramic tiled kitchen with island; two washrooms, one with a shower and one with a full bath; and liveable downstairs quarters, with a laundry room, and a large family/TV room. There are three bedrooms: two upstairs, one of which comes with a washroom en-suite; and one downstairs. There are also two study rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The house comes equipped with all amenities, including: clothes washer and dryer; deep freezer downstairs; refrigerator; 42-inch flat screen HD TV upstairs and a 40-inch flat screen smart HD TV downstairs; stove; microwave oven; air extractor; dehumidifier; bar-be-que on deck.
