| I have three rooms available for rent in my four bedroom home (pictures of bedrooms attached, more pictures to follow). The rooms will be ready for tenants July 1, earlier if needed. The house is located in Hillsborough Park, Charlottetown near the hospital. Rent includes brand new furniture, access to all common areas (bathroom, kitchen, tv room, sitting room, bathrooms and deck/yard) and Wi-Fi. Utility costs (electric and water/sewer) will be equally divided amongst everyone that lives in the house and will be on top of the monthly rent. There is a bus stop not far from the house. I am looking for tenants that are quiet, respectful and clean with full time jobs (students are welcome). Female tenants only. No pets, parties, smoking or vaping.
