Description
$1,500 per student per room- 2 mature Vet students in my house and able to use the rest of the house. Trying to keep the heat low and be as energy efficient if we can. I would like to start with a 6 month rental lease to start and I need first and last month's rent and a Damage Deposit. I may have 3 separate rentals with an extra bedroom in the basement. Each person must sign the rental agreement and it is $1,500 per person no matter if there are 2 people in the same room. If I this works out I will partition off another bedroom in the basement so 3 lessees and we will sign a lease that way- separately for 6 months an first and last month's rent and Damage Deposit. $1,500 per person per room per month and you have to be very conscientious of caring for the house and being efficient with the heat or I will and probably should have a Deposit for Heat that has gone above the normal cost of heat (oil) and heat pumps (electricity) which will make everyone think of how you can keep heat and electricity costs down. I have 2 Golden Retriever's but I will be taking them away for 6 months. But we have a fenced in yard. My 2 older dogs Marley and Buddy are veteran show dogs- both still in tact for that reason. I will take them away with me for the winter. My intention is to start with 2 bedrooms - one per person for $1,500.00 per month for the use of the house and if the price of the heat (oil and electricity) goes beyond a price that I set as normal for me living here the past winter- then you will have to share the extra cost for heat and electricity. (I will print off what my costs have been this past last year). I have wifi and and a few nice Tv's so you can figure out how to get them to play Netflix or something. My husband had to go to a Nursing Home late last fall but he somehow let one of our dogs chew all of the remote controls. If any of you are smart in this way- please go ahead and get everything working. We have a very nice large fenced in backyard and it is very private with a BBQ and chairs etc.
