Most luxurious and best amenities I’ve ever seen in a condo, including reformer Pilates studio with professional Pilates reformer machines, sauna, hot and cold plunges, amazing aqua massage rain tables, dance and yoga studios, gym, cross fit studio, rooftop, pool, lounge, etc. The room has 9 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling window, and is furnished with a new twin bed and mattress and small end table. There’s also a closet. I was paying $200+ a night while looking for a place to stay, and hotels around Yorkville are several hundred dollars a night. I would have loved to have had this room rent option for only $100 per day for the room for 7 days and only $80 per day for 30 days. Will increase the prices as this goes along as temporary accommodation in this area is much more valuable than this. Surrounded By Some Of North America's Most Exclusive World Renowned Retail Brands, Finest Dining, Bistros, 5-Star Hotels, Salons, Spas, Boutiques, World Class Museums, Mature Treed Parks. Steps Away From Subway. Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Elf's, High End Finishes, Absolutely Gorgeous Unit. Some things to note are that I am a quiet person who needs quiet generally and for sleeping by 10pm, and the kitchen is vegetarian. The room is a smaller space, but you can use the many amenities, including the lounges and tables and chairs in very large spaces. No guests other than you as the paying guest.
