| Hello there :) This lovely room is available for short term/long term rent. Minimum stay is 2 months. This room is located on the upper level of this character home in the West end of Toronto, near St Clair Avenue West and Scarlett Rd. This room is furnished with a new double sized orthopedic mattress, a set of 2 Scandinavian retro dressers with lots of drawers, 2 night tables, one supporting desk, a tall floor mirror, 2 night lamps, a working desk and chair, and a walking closet with extra shelves for storage and lots of space to hang clothes. The room has its own skylight and a ceiling fan. The monthly rent fee for this room is $1000CAD (single occupancy). NO SLEEP OVERS AND NO VISITORS ALOOWED. The car parking fee is $100 per month for one car , if needed. The bathroom on the upper floor is shared amongst 2 other people. One person per room. There are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom on the upper floor. The house has got charm with its wood trim and stained glass windows and it’s filled with good energy. :) Utilities are included: water, heat, hydro, fiber wifi and TV. Access to laundry room. Also, we are a 5 min bike ride to Jane subway station or Old Mil station through the beautiful views of the park. The neighbourhood is surrounded by nature, bike trails, beautiful jogging paths, tennis courts, canoeing. all along Humber river that leads to Lake Ontario. It’s not a party house… it’s got a very tranquil feeling… mature housemates who are responsible and care about the environment where they live.
