| Hi everyone! Our family is looking to rent a full house in the upcoming months. We are not in a rush to move, but know the market can be finicky and so we’re getting a head start on the search. We are interested in looking at anything available this fall (Oct-Nov) 2024 but do prefer next spring 2025. We are currently in the area of Stone Mills and would like to stay nearby or at least north of the highway between Odessa and Joyceville. We’re looking to rent a location that has these features: •detached, single family house (no basement tenants) •non-shared backyard, fenced would be a bonus •2-3 bedrooms •2 bathrooms would be a bonus but not required •dishwasher, washer & dryer •must be pet friendly •a garage or shop would also be a bonus We are looking to stay as close to $2200 as possible, but do have some wiggle room. A little about our family: We have good credit and secure income. My fiancé has a great job and I am a stay at home / homeschooling mom. We have 1 son with plans for more children, we also have a chihuahua and 2 cats. We love spending time outdoors - gardening, camping and fishing on the lake, or at the shop building something cool. We have a good relationship with our current landlord and will be very sad to leave her when we do.
