| We are renting 2 rooms in our house in the north side of the city by petro n tim plaza. Both rooms are furnished. Washroom will be shared between both the tenants renting the rooms. Utilities, parking, wifi n laundry included. Routine cleaning of washroom n rooms will be required. Kitchen will either be shared with us if you wanna cook urself or you can get food included as a paying guest (PG : punjabi vegetarian food). Choice is yours. Rent is 650 and PG is 950 (full month food including rent). If 2 persons want to share the room, rent will be 1000 for the room. No smoking, drinking, pets or visitors allowed. References MAY BE required from previous landlord and work place. |
