The neighbourhood is quiet but still active, few restaurant options are available 10min by foot, a nice park is also close by. It is the perfect location for a young professional who would like to be close to Center Toronto but still appreciates some quietness when he reaches home. The room showing in the images is the room available for the new roommate. It is fully furnished meaning that EVERYTHING is included with the room. ---------- Hi, I’m Alizee, a french girl from Paris who arrived in Toronto last September. I actually live with my best friend since we arrived in Canada together, but she’s moving back to France at the end of June so it explains my urge to find my new roommate ;) I am friendly, respectful, open minded and open to get to know the person I’ll be living with. I rather prefer to communicate and have a friendly relationship with my roommate but I am also a very chill person who likes to have her personal space so I could match (personality-wise) with someone like-minded. During my free time I enjoy discovering Toronto, listening to music, going to the gym or yoga classes, doing or going to any artistic entertainment and meeting my friends on the weekend. I am currently Assistant Brand Manager for a Hair Care Brand, working Monday to Friday with classic office hours. I am working from home on Monday and Friday. I would prefer to live with someone who have kind of the same schedule. I don’t mind taking someone that is currently looking for a job but would need the proof that rent can be paid. I’m looking for someone who is trustworthy, responsible and for whom it’s important to live in a clean and organized place.
