The house has fully equipped kitchen (2 fridges, stove, microwave, pots and pans, coffee maker, plates, cutlery, etc.), dining room table and chairs, nicely furnished living room, comfy sitting room, 2 bathrooms, laundry, lovely front porch and back yard. Just bring your clothes, your laptop, and buy your own food. Nothing else to worry about. Street parking only. The rent is $700 per month. Includes: All utilities (water, heat, electricity A/C). High speed WIFI Bi-weekly cleaning of all common areas. Dedicated parking is available for $35/month. Otherwise there are 3 spots available on a first come basis or free street parking.
