| For the second time I’ve been served an N12 notice so the landlord can raise the rent. I’m a single woman who’s employed full time, however, I can’t afford these rent prices. Is there anyone out there with a main floor unit, or very few stairs, that will give lower rent for yard maintenance and an extended lease? I’m looking for very long term, I don’t want to have to move again! |
