| My current roommate is moving out. I am looking for someone to take over his portion of the rent. It’s all inclusive (the rental company pays for the other utilities, and I pay for the internet). Each room has its own bathroom. Shared living room and kitchen. I am looking for someone (preferably a guy) that isn’t noisy. Professionals and students are welcome (it is really close to the university.
