| Hi, my boyfriend and I (33, 30 years old) are looking for a roommate. We live in a semi detached home in north whitby with a friendly dog and one other male (39) roommate. The room is approximately 10x12 with a closet and there is a patio next to the room that would be our new roommates' as well. There is a shared bathroom for our current roommate and what would be our new roommate to use. There is also a bathroom on the mainfloor for use by anyone. There is shared laundry in the basement. We are located close to a grocery store, pharmacy and a few restaurants. We are close to a small park as well as a couple bus stops. We would require first and lasts months rent. The room comes unfunished other than a mini fridge should you want it. There is no parking for a truck however we can make it work for a car if needed. Our household is full of nerds. We like DnD, board games, video games and warhammer. No one smokes and only occasional drinks are had. If you smoke you have your very own patio to enjoy for that. I have a potcake (dog) who barks here and there but will love you if you give her any kind of attention. Please ask any questions you may have. Room is available July 1st. Thanks! |
