| Hi, We are looking for 2 students to sublet two basement rooms during the summer term from May to August 2024. Specific dates can be decided together. There are two rooms upstairs that will be occupied. Both occupants are studious undergrad first year biology students and we are looking for someone who fits a similar profile (year doesn’t matter). The house has one bathroom upstairs. It also has a complete kitchen. The main floor is completely furnished, but the bedrooms are not. Utilities will not be included in the price listed. The location is great and there is a bus stop across the street. Pictures are from the previous tenant and are not current. Open to individual applicants. Please email me if you are interested! |
