Because this rental is in a privately owned home, sharing common rooms like kitchen and bathroom, no separate entrance, I am permitted by law to establish boundaries regarding what is desirable as a renter, so please no pets/smoking/partners/spouses/kids/vaping/recreational drug use including alcohol/loud sounds or music after 10 pm. This is a long-term rental in a beautifully maintained townhouse; the rental is for a private unfurnished or furnished large bedroom and private cozy sitting room. The kitchen, bathroom, laundry room are shared. Rental includes normal usage of water, hydro, gas (heat and hot water tank), and internet. When responding to the ad via email, keep in mind that sharing a home means we need to be compatible, so please include the following: your phone number, a description of your daily routines/habits/likes and dislikes, what date you need to rent, if you need parking, what your monthly net income is, and please describe your personality…bubbly, quiet, talkative/outgoing/introvert, sleeping routines: early riser or a nighthawk, do you have any medical issues to be aware of, or inability to do stairs?
