You would share the house with friendly senior engineering/ science students (all males). Look for quiet and studious Mac student with good cleaning habits; No pets, no smokers, not a party house. Rooms are available from September. Rent $650 for 8-month lease. The rent price doesn’t include utility and wifi service. Those fees are shared costs with other housemates.
