| 1 private bedroom in 3 bedroom apartment with 1 shared bathroom. Official sublet with a contract with a company that manages my apartment. 1 female rommate living currently, and another one comes back in September. Sublet term: June 15 through August 31. You can start later, but the end has to be at least August 31. Extension rent would be monthly. From June 15 to July 31 it is a discount price CA$1200 per month. August rent would be CA$1390, and September and onward rent would be CA$1750 as per their new prices. Apartment video can be provided per request. All my stuff will be removed as I am not comming back. Included with the room: full size bed, TV, blanket, pillows (in the closet), fake flowers, lamp, chair, table, mirror, cabinet at the bed, lamp on the cabinet, small mirror at the window, trash can, hangers in the closet, shelves in the closet, internet, electricity, water, air conditioning, heating. The company that manages my apartment is very nice and responsive. Kitchen has a fridge, microwave, kettle. In the building there is laundry in the basement, swimming pool on the top floor.
