| I am looking preferably for a Female College student to rent the extra room in my 2-bdrm apartment. I am a single dad and my child visits daily. I also have a cat (hence no further pets). I am not looking for romance or an easy FWB, I genuinely prefer having female company when I have roommates, especially around my child. I cook and clean and would like someone here who is also tidy, good with kids, likes cats and will stay up late watching movies or discussing work/school. I am flexible with rent arrangements and I have a car but only parking available for my 1 vehicle.
